Ijebu Garri
- Ijebu Garri is made with finer grains of the variations of Garri in the West African region. Its produced by the Yoruba people of Ijebu-Ode in Nigeria. It has an enjoyably sour taste, great for drinking with cold, or room temp water. It can also be enjoyed with sugar and peanuts, coconut, tiger nuts, milk, and cashew nuts or fried Meat or Fish or without.
- Gari contains lots of minerals and vitamins, which include: vitamin A, vitamin B, high amount of copper and magnesium minerals.
- LOW FAT: Gari is free of gluten, which makes it an excellent choice.
